Climate Capacitors Building Capacity for Socio-cultural change

Abstract
This poster presents a value-based approach using narratives and scenarios to build citizen capacity. The case, "AARHUSCO2030" (2009) is a tool for citizen participation focusing on how individual behavior change can help cut overall CO2-emissions. The poster describes the use of the AELIA-model as a way of structuring communication and participatory processes.
