HONEY I'M HOME

During Aarhus Festival 2015 Kollision created the temporary, light-installation ‘Honey, I’m Home’ above the entrance of Salling, a large department store at the center of Aarhus.

The installation is comprised of a series of slender rods of light, allowing playful, dynamic compositions of colour and text to flow along an expressive, three-dimensional curve

‘Honey, I’m Home’ establishes a dialogue between people on the street and the department store, challenging your sense of home and pervading your private sphere by asking personal questions and making intimate statements. In this way the project makes the public space private and the private space public.
